As a digital service provider, Koma Digital does not deal with physical goods or tangible products. Therefore, the concept of product returns does not apply to our business model.

All of our deliverables—whether campaign strategies, social media content, or influencer placements—are digital in nature and customized to meet each client’s specific goals. Once these services are delivered, they cannot be returned or reused for other clients.

However, if you are unsatisfied with the delivered work, we strongly encourage you to reach out to our support team. We are committed to client satisfaction and may offer project revisions, optimizations, or alternatives based on the original project agreement, provided the request is reasonable and falls within the scope of work.
