Cancellation Policy

At Koma Digital, we understand that project needs can change. We aim to provide flexibility while maintaining efficiency in our operations.

Clients may request to cancel a service before work has commenced, and in such cases, we will issue a full or partial refund, depending on whether preparatory steps or planning have already begun.

If a cancellation is requested after project initiation, we may deduct applicable administrative or project fees based on the amount of work already completed. Once services have been substantially delivered or fully executed, cancellations will no longer be possible.

For retainer-based or ongoing monthly services, such as influencer management or social media support, a minimum 7-day notice is required prior to the start of the next billing cycle for cancellation to take effect in the following month.
